Ordering
- Under FAR 16.505(b), ordering contracting officers give fair opportunity to all contract holders in the awarded category.
- Agencies post an RFQ, RFI, or Market Research Request in the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool. ScribeDoc responds through the SEWP Contract Holder Only Page at or below its database-of-record pricing.
- After a best value selection, the order goes to the SEWP Program Management Office, which assigns a SEWP Control Number. ScribeDoc then begins performance.
- Task orders may be Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Labor Hour, fixed price incentive or award fee, or hybrids.
