Sandhya "Sandy" Kumar is the Founder and CEO of ScribeDoc.Com, Inc., a technology and management consulting company serving federal, defense, and public-sector organizations.
For more than two decades, Sandy has built ScribeDoc around a straightforward principle: technology must work in the real environments where people, mission, policy, security, and operations intersect. Under her leadership, ScribeDoc has evolved from a specialized technology company into a multidisciplinary federal contractor delivering digital modernization, enterprise IT, data and analytics, intelligent automation, accessibility, cloud, and emerging AI capabilities.
Sandy brings an interdisciplinary foundation to her work, with a Master's degree in Life Sciences from the University of Madras and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Marymount University in Virginia. That combination of scientific training, technology, and information systems has shaped a systems-oriented approach to solving complex organizational and technology challenges.
She combines the perspective of a technologist, entrepreneur, and federal-sector operator. Over the course of building ScribeDoc, she has developed delivery organizations, built strategic industry partnerships, navigated complex government acquisition environments, and led the company through sustained growth while maintaining a hands-on understanding of the missions her teams support.
Today, Sandy's focus is increasingly centered on the next generation of government technology: applying artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, data-driven systems, and human-centered digital solutions to simplify complex operations, make information more usable, and improve how organizations execute their missions.
She continues to lead ScribeDoc with the mindset that has shaped the company from the beginning: understand the mission, solve the real problem, and build technology that delivers measurable results.
