ScribeDoc.Com, Inc. ("ScribeDoc," "we," "us," or "our") delivers Section 508 and digital accessibility remediation for federal agencies, so we hold scribedoc.com (the "Site") to the same standard we build for our customers.

Conformance Target

We design and develop the Site with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to applicable Section 508 requirements. WCAG is an internationally recognized standard for web accessibility, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML structure and heading hierarchy throughout the Site;
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, including agency and organization marks;
• Visible keyboard focus states on interactive elements;
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background across both light and dark viewing modes;
• Respect for the "reduce motion" preference set in your browser or operating system, which limits animation on the Site accordingly;
• Labeled, keyboard-operable form fields on the contact form.

Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As with any website, some content or third-party elements may not yet fully meet this standard. If you encounter a barrier, please use the contact method below. We will work to address genuine accessibility issues.
